AI-generated content should not be considered as professional legal, financial, or business advice. We recommend consulting with qualified professionals before making critical business decisions based on AI-generated output.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful or misleading content, to attempt to reverse-engineer the AI systems, to exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means, or to share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you generate through the Service (business plans, validation reports, legal documents) belongs to you. The LaunchPad AI platform, its design, code, AI models, and branding remain the intellectual property of LaunchPad AI.
7. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@launchpadai.dev.
8. Limitation of Liability
LaunchPad AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business losses based on AI-generated content.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
