What's included in each plan?
All plans include access to our AI-powered business tools: idea validation, business plan generation, AI mentorship, and legal document creation. The main differences are in monthly usage limits and additional features.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Stripe, including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. All transactions are securely processed by Stripe.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us at support@launchpadai.dev for a full refund.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
When you reach your monthly usage cap, you will be notified and prompted to upgrade your plan to unlock more capacity.
